About me
I’m Matt Payne. For the past several years, I’ve been teaching independent insurance agents, financial advisors, and small business owners how to use AI tools in their daily workflow. Not the theory. The actual how-to.
I do that through workshops, webinars, and training sessions with organizations like NAIFA and local Chambers of Commerce. The people I work with are busy, practical, and have zero patience for content that sounds impressive but does not help them get through their week.
This newsletter is built the same way.
I live in Portland, Oregon. I’ve been an early adopter of technology my whole career, and I’ve learned the hard way which tools are worth your time and which ones are just noise.
